We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. Due to daily availability of flowers it may sometimes be necessary to substitute, if specific flower varieties or colours are not in stock on the required delivery day. We ensure every effort is made to maintain the overall appearance of your chosen item and the correct value is met. We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. We will send you e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order including a delivery date ("the Delivery Date") . PRICE Any quotation is given on the basis that no contract will come into existence until we despatch an acknowledgement of order. The prices quoted in this web-site are in pounds (£) sterling and are fully inclusive of VAT. We charge a flat rate of £4.00 for delivery. PAYMENT We accept most major credit and debit and your credit card details are encrypted before transmission. DELIVERY We can make deliveries anywhere in the UK on the same day as your order as long as your order reaches us before midday GMT. An orders received after that time will be delivered the next working day (excluding Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter and Mothers Day). During Holiday periods you may need to order 48 hours in advance. Please call us on 0800 526278 if you're not sure whether your gift will arrive on time. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the bouquet at the delivery address. Our orders are delivered by our own driver and not by a third party courier. You are responsible for correctly entering details of the delivery address. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order within the time specified you will be contacted and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery but a refund will not be given unless re-delivery is impossible. If the delivery details given by customer are incorrect and thus affecting delivery we will still have to charge £4.00 for delivery . GUARANTEE At Floral Scenter we use only the finest quality of flowers and all goods are made up by our skilled florists.We take pride in our work and aim to satisfy 100%. In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your order please contact us at www.floralscenter.com or e-mail info@floralscenter.com within 3 days of delivery. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever. CANCELLATION We require at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation prior to the delivery of your goods. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We take our obligations seriously under both the Data Protection Act 1984 and the Data Protection Act 1998.. You are entitled to see a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to correct any error or omission in it. Please contact us (contact details set out above.) Your request must contain enough details to enable us to identify and find your personal data. Under both the Data Protection Act 1984 and the Data Protection Act 1998 we are entitled to charge an administration fee for answering your request of no more than £10 which we may agree to waive. We may from time to time contact you about other goods or services by direct mail or by email (which we will clearly identify as a commercial communication). If you would prefer not to be contacted in this way, please contact us at the above address at any time.
